Chard Rainbow

Armando Maravilla presents: Edible plants you can grow at home: Chard Rainbow

HABITAT

Distribution in pine-oak forest in southern Europe and northern Africa. Ruderal. Of temperate climate; resists light frosts.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

It can be planted twice a year, in the spring and again in the fall. Its flavor is the same as the rest of the chard, similar to the spinach although somewhat softer. As with the others, they are laxative and digestive.
