Urban development proposal presented for the Buenos Aires National Ideas Tender and the river, belonging to the Young District, with the aim of recovering the city’s relationship with the river. It is a park of 320.000 square metres and 2,535 meters of extension over the waterfront.

This house was designed for a married couple with young children. It is located on the Yucatán coast, on land that previously belonged to the Uaymitún farm.

THE MEANING OF THE WORD TIJ IS A DUTCH JOKE. “TIJ” MEANS “TIDE” WHICH REFERS TO THE RETURNING TIDES IN THE HARINGVLIET, BUT WHEN QUICKLY PRONOUNCED IT ALSO MEANS “THE EGG”.
